Full disclosure: I’ve attended Kelly Starret’s movement & mobility seminar 18 months ago. I’ve interviewed him before, I’ve held a seminar in his gym in San Fransisco, had a personal session with one of his coaches, etc.
I personally use Kelly’s approach to movement and mobility in my own training – I changed a lot of my Squat technique (moving from toes out 30° to 10° for example) based on his recommendations and I’ve had a lot of success with it as a result. I do the mobility drills that he recommends EVERY SINGLE day as well. I’ve used his system with people I train, I’ve helped my dad recover from his knee/shoulder injury with it, and all my most successful StrongLifts Inner Circle Members are huge on Kelly’s approach to movement and mobility.
