  • I write articles offline. Deleted the database by mistake. 10 posts lost. Not a big of deal, but I need to rewrite them.
  • Big forum upgrade which didn't went that smooth and which eventually took me more than a week to finish.
  • I've been writing a StrongLifts fat loss ebook since October 2009. This project has priority over all the rest.

You'll get new blog posts during the next months. But most likely not 2x/week. Writing the eBook has taken too much time already, I want to get it done.

You can keep a training log for free in the forum. Record the weights you lifted and how you felt. Get advice from other members and compete with them. The training logs are great motivators. I highly recommend you to start one.
