The previous breakfast recipe was popular. So I thought: let’s do it again.

This time, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 4 whole medium eggs
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 shallot
  • olive oil (extra virgin, cold pressing)
  • white pepper spice

Ingredients you'll need for this breakfast recipe

Start by taking your pan & putting the heat to low. Add enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan. One tablespoon should do it.
Pan with olive oil

Chop the green pepper & shalot. Let them fry with the tuna in your pan.
Let green pepper, tuna & shallot fry in the pan

In the meanwhile, break your eggs into a bowl. Beat the eggs if you want them perfectly scrambled.

After a few minutes, the mix of tuna, green pepper & shalot should be fried.

Cook until eggs are firm. Then serve on a plate.

Sadly I am just getting to this post. Another good breakfast. I’ve eaten plenty of tuna in my day but, honestly, never cooked it. Some time I’ll post the new recipe I made up this weekend, buffalo and sausage meatloaf.
