It really irritates me when people say that dead lifting is like squatting.  The reality is that a squat is just that, a squat... where a dead lift is a &quot;bending pattern&quot; that forces the dead lifter to displace their center of gravity to the FRONT of their base of support (not over it like the squat).You&#039;ve inspired me to create a video about this, I&#039;ll tag you on the post later today or tomorrow.Keep up the awesome work man!-Elliott Hulse</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mahdi,<br /> Awesome post!
