    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. Personal record for me and I had to tell somebody. I'm pretty pumped.
200 lb squat 5 X5 body weight is 150 lbs. 16 weeks at SL program
I turn 51 this month, yeah!

I'll join in. I all figures converted from kg to lb.

Bodyweight: 133 lb (60kg)
1x5 record: 198lb (90kg) - I managed this for 5/5/3, so I reckon I could go heavier.
Goal is 100kg 3x5
Out due to a hernia! Back (on SS+GOMAD) mid-April
Goals: Back to max lifts (below) in 2 months. 68kg (lean) by 30/7
Max Lifts: 65kg Bench (1x5), 100kg Squat (3x5), 140kg Deadlift (1RM)
