    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. Although hopefully ill be dropping down to ~80kg by the time i reach 1.5x BW so ill only have to squat 120kg :)

I saw this thread before but shyed away from my squat wasn't that great. Up for it now tho!

Body Weight: 73kg
1x5 PR: 95kg
Goal: 109.5kg
% of goal: 86.76%

I'm the opposite to shox, I'll be gaining weight so will probably have to squat 120kg!

Currently ~152#, squatting 185# for 5x5 (1.217x BW)

So goal is 228# (good thing I have fractional plates)

Currently about 81.1% of goal using 5x5 weight as current ability
50 yo 5'11", Bodyweight 157 +/- 1lbs
Bench 5x5x185, Squat 5x5x207.5, Dead 1x5x345, Press 5x5x108

1x5 (don't know yet, tell you this week!);
5x5 165lbs;
1x5 goal, 230lbs (first goal).
starting date - March 2009
starting weight - 107kg (230lbs)
Bench goal - 99kg (220lbs) 5x5
Deadlift goal - 125kg (275lbs) 1x5
Squat goal - 125kg (275lbs) 5x5

Tharrr it is, right tharrrrr (Rippetoe). Starting Strength is great, highly recommend it.
