    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hello there, JCraig. It's about time for me to enlist. As of today:

BW: 140.8lb (64kg)
5x5: 192.5lb (87.5kg)
% of 1.5: 91.1%

Haven't stalled yet, so I haven't discovered my 1x5 max, so let's call it the same as 5x5...

Jcraig: I'm up to 300# on 5x5 squats. Just for the record, I'm going for 1.5BW 5x5. I don't know what this 1x5 craziness is. ;)
Stats: 6'3", 230#, 24% BF, 35yo
5x5 PR: 315# squat; 350# DL (1x5); 170# BP; 135# incline; 120# OHP; 95# bicep; 100# tri (3x10)
Other PR: 16x IR; 16x dips; 10x pull-ups; 3:00 prone bridge

Ok Jcraig: I just did 5x5 @ 209lb and then 1x5 @ 214.5lb in that order. Put on a small amount of body weight -> 141.8lb so my target changed to 212.7lb.

Life just dealt me a few low blows today, so I decided to push out that extra set to cheer me up!
