    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

But of course i'm up at 92kg now(see my last post of march 9).

Will be gunning for 94.27kg tomorrow. Hopefully gym will be open and i will nail it. Slow and steady. :)

Yesterday I weighed in at 173 lbs. and squatted 260 for 3x5. Looks like I made it.

230lbs 4x5 - 86.7% of 265lbs.

Bodyweight may have increased. Will check next training session.

Went and did the weights today. Squats up at 4x5@94.27kg and bodyweight dips to 71.4kg! yay :D
Man my bodyweight is yo-yoing like crazy! :shock:

240lbs Squats 5x5. Bodyweight increased 5lbs tho (180lbs), so target weight is now 270lbs. 88.8% complete.

Damn! Bodyweight increased even more than I thought. I'm now at 185lbs. The closer I get to my target the farther it gets away.

Squats - 245lbs - 5reps - 87.5% of 280lbs.

my Squat PR is 52,2kg 5x5 (Did on Friday 20th)
Current BW: 58kg.
Should be reaching the 57kg or so this coming wednesday. So I'll be hitting my own BW by that time...and 1.5bw two weeks later or so @ 87.2kg...

Good luck oogynosh and welcome to the challenge. :D However do keep in mind your bodyweight will start increasing when you are very close to your 1.5xbw squat, so the target weight will accordingly shift more
