Rules:
* 1 rep max (1RM) with your own body-weight. So if you weigh 200lbs, that's a 200lbs overhead press for 1 rep.
* No approximates 1RM using calculators and based on current 5x5 or 5rm or whatever is not allowed. It must be a 1RM you have done.
* Clean it first or not, you decide.
* Knees & hips must be locked through the whole lift. Push press not allowed.
* Locked elbows at the top, and keep the weight overhead for at least 2 seconds.
* No excessive lay back: your armpits can't go past your buttocks (must be overhead press, not olympic press).
* You must keep a training log on the forum to particpate.
* If you're not active for more than 2 months, you'll get off the list.
* All weights in pounds. (To convert from kilograms to pounds, multiply the Kg x 2.2)
