I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Really nice effort. At the end, I didn't realize immediately he'd sped up the video speed for the GHRs and ... well ... I was convinced for about 1/2 a minute this guy is not human. I also wonder where this guy is training - a roomful of EliteFTS collegiate racks is not something you see everywhere either.

Crazy but amazing !
A true display of why they call those 20-rep squats 'breathing squats'.

So high-bar and closing hands on the bar is not too bad after all (that's also how I squat).
There is hope ;)
I prefer to be called 'H' ;)

From his log:
I train at Supreme Sports Performance and Training (http://www.supremesportspt.com/), which is owned by Matt Gary and Sioux-z Hartwig-Gary. It's a great gym for powerlifters and olympic lifters located in Rockville, Maryland.

I love it! I wish my gym would play Rage Against the Machine instead of Top 40-type stuff off the radio =/ But I usually just plug in some headphones and listen to my MP3.

Really impressive stuff.

That dude is posting on sherdog, and tearing up their "badass lifting videos" thread.

1. He squats deep.
2. His thighs are ridiculous.

Excellent video to see what your form should look like when squatting heavy.
Stats:
Bench: 97kg
Squat: 112kg
Deadlift: 117kg
OHP: 55kg
Dips: 40kg
Pull-ups: 22kg

The deadlift is not dead; size is dead without it.
