Walk the talk

BTE, if your BW increases, your target RM weight does too. You will need to measure your BW whenever you are close to target.

If it's ok if i use a belt count me in too. My bodyweight is the same as mehdi, about 73-75kg, fluctuates a bit. Current 1 RPM on the squat is 115kg although i just did 110kg 5x5 so i think it might be a bit higher now. Will be proceding with caution, i'm in this for the fun of the challenge not because i think i'll actually win.. I seem to be pretty good at injuring myself  .
175cm. 74kg. PR 5x5: Squat 110kg Bench 67.5kg OHP 42.5kg Row 57.5kg Deadlift 1x5 105kg

Seems that people have quite a bit to go before reaching 2xBW.

I'll definitely join in once I get the green light for me knee. This was the last top squat set I did, i.e. before I got my ass whooped by the dog: 3x 280lbs, BW 147lbs. I am very tempted by the 405lbs lift. Only thing that may stop me is that too much dedicated max effort lifts would hurt my dynamic training. But 405lbs would be an all-time PR for me.

Heck, count me in. At 195lbs. that's 390(~177kg) at the moment, subject to change. I am at my earlier weights 1.5x 5 rep max(280), but I am eager to see if I can get that good by January.

I'm up for it, I don't know my current 1RM (I'll try work it out later, is adding 2.5kg doing 1 rep, rest for 15 minutes and repeat, would this be a good way to test it?)

I'm at 80kg for 5x5 and still adding weight every workout.

Body weight 83kg, planning to be about 70/75kg by the time a try it.

I don't think you need to rest 15 minutes, this is excessive and will "cool" you down increasing the risk of injury. I think i've heard the best way to do it is; choose a weight that you will definitely make but heavier than usual (heavier than your 5rm if you know that) increase weight by 3-5% each time, rest 4-5 minutes... unless you choose a very low weight initially this should be a pretty good estimate of your 1rm.

I'm still injured. Knee is better though in no shape for doing anything but baby weights. Now it is clear to me that whatever is wrong with it is behind the knee (I guess it makes sense since I was hit from behind). I am going to give it a few weeks more. If it is still a problem I'm going to ask my GP to be refer me to someone who knows his shit.
