Sorry guys, I'm going to have to take myself out of the comp. I got to double BW in one day.
I went to a place with a squat rack, and after my weights session, I went back to the squat rack and decided to test out my 1RM. I got to 170kg, weighed myself and found that I'm a bit heavier than I thought. I went back to the rack and got 180kg @ 87kg.
It's not cool to enter a comp and win the next day. I seriously thought it would take a couple of months. I'm such a dick. Sorry guys...
But I can take solace in the fact I can now do double bodyweight! It's been a goal for a couple of months now. 4 plates on each side looks hella cool as well.
* Love_Deadlifts (195lbs bw) Current Max: 315lbs 3x5, goal 1RM: 390lbs.
* Mehdi (75kg bw). Current 1RM: 132,5kg box squat, goal 1RM: 150kg.

* Kaato (145lbs bw). Current 1x3(Singles): 275lbs, goal 1RM:290lbs.
* ia (78kg bw). Current 5RM: 95kg, goal 1RM 160kg.

Deadlift 220kg
Squat 180kg
