Ok so somehow im like 160 right now o.0..........wrestling team was shocked to say the least, and my front squat 1rm is 280 as of the now......40 lbs to gooo.......................unless i gain more weight

I can't squat right now cause of pain in my tibia you lucky bastards, i'm down to 125lbs and think i'm squatting 220lbs ?!?!?! I have no idea haven't maxed out lately have a pain in my tibia getting better, ice skating seems to be good for my knee.

Let's do it this way, every time someone wants to join or beats his previous record, include the original list with your updated stats, makes it easier.

* Love_Deadlifts (195lbs bw) Current Max: 315lbs 3x5, goal 1RM: 390lbs.
* Mehdi (75kg bw). Current 1RM: 132,5kg box squat, goal 1RM: 150kg.
* SteveD (73-75kg bw). Current 1RM 115kg, goal 1RM: 150kg.
* Tresbien (195lbs bw). Current 280lbsx5, goal 1RM: 177kg/390lbs.
* Young Athlete (130lbs bw). Current 1RM: 200lbs, goal 1RM: 260lbs.


Copy the above and add your stats.

Sorry guys, I'm going to have to take myself out of the comp. I got to double BW in one day.
I went to a place with a squat rack, and after my weights session, I went back to the squat rack and decided to test out my 1RM. I got to 170kg, weighed myself and found that I'm a bit heavier than I thought. I went back to the rack and got 180kg @ 87kg.

It's not cool to enter a comp and win the next day. I seriously thought it would take a couple of months. I'm such a dick. Sorry guys...
But I can take solace in the fact I can now do double bodyweight! It's been a goal for a couple of months now. 4 plates on each side looks hella cool as well.

Congrats. Test your DL as well. 160kg DL with 180kg squat to decent depth is just nonsense: you can do better.

sickduck, I'm just wondering because of your monstrous squat, why your bench is comparatively low?
Just curious, and congratulations on the squat, you should go for the 405 thread.....

maybe trying 320 lbs tomorrow, won't get a video because it will be at school, will try a video sometime next week, 320 will be a little over 2xBW
