sickduck, I'm just wondering because of your monstrous squat, why your bench is comparatively low?
I have no idea... I've been eating like a bear preparing for hibernation for the last couple of weeks, hoping that I could get some gains on my bench. I think my form must be off, I'll try to post a video soon, get some advice.
I've only ever done SL5x5 and another 5x5 program, both are very squat intensive programs. I'm going to test out my maxes again on Sat.
