    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Interesting.. I'm working on finding a new program this year... want to gain more weight then last year... let me self down switching to much... I think i have found a few ideal program i might go to 4-5 times through out this year. 2Xbw Squat and 1.3Xbw bench by the end of the year hopefully

Well, I just started this program 3 days ago. My BW is at 307, and my max squat is 400lbs, so I have a while to go...But as I lose weight and get stronger, I'll get much closer to 2XBW
Starting BW =307 Current BW = 309bs

Goals for April 2010:
BW = 255lbs
35 Pushups
30 sit ups
Squat 1RM 2xBW
18:00 two mile run

Wow, some nice efforts here! I guess this is my next challenge, as I expect to hit 1.5xBW 5x5 this week. Maybe you should declare the winners for the period X to January and restart a new deadline to allow some newcomers to try for a medal? :D

Since like nobody who even started it originaly still post here I will probably just start a new one with the same guidelines as our other challenges.

Deadlift- 400 lbs 1x5 (regular grip)
Press- 205 lbs 1x5
Current (known) 1RM:
Squat: 371 lbs
Clean: 220 lbs
