Okay, fellas, this thread has been too quiet for too long now.

Just to stir the pot, did 315lbs for reps this morning. Where is everybody else at in their weights? (Sorry guys, can't check everyone's log. Got to get work done sometime.)

Last time I posted here, I was at 175. Just did 255 lbs for reps today.

Working my way back up after injury de-load.
Did 122.5kg (269.5 lb) for 5x5 today.
405 still seems a long way off...

Metric conversion:
100lb / 2.2 = 45.45kg
100kg * 2.2 = 220lb

Is this still going on...grr...I'm only at 255 on my 5x5...maybe next time a challenge like this comes around...

It can go on for as long as you want it to go on. I got off of strength training for a month or so (just did random set and rep schemes) but now that I'm back on it when I hit 405 this is the thread it's going under.
