    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

and is my intake off protein also good? i would like if i get some feedback on that as well :-)
thanks for the comment on bench pressing, liked it alot because i have problems with bench pressing
but no i figured out why :-)

Shoot for 1g/lbs protein daily. It looks like you would get that with your diet yes.

I just have trained :-)
Week1 day 1 (i only trained 1 time the last week)
Squat:
10x bar
4x 40kg
5/5/5/5/5 65kg
Bench Press
2x5x bar
3x 30kg
5/5/5/5/5 40kg
Bent over barbel row
10x bar
3x 25kg
5/5/5/5/5 30kg
 
everything went easy, it only taked 35 minutes
