Seems to be a little too much.you got to have time for recovery.I have just finished my 3 months of Stronglifts with good results as I think.I changed in the program and did Frontsquats on A instead of squats which I did on B.
On squats i finished with 3*80kg.Fsquats3*60kg.OH press 3*45kg.Bench 5*80kg.DL3*110kg.Pushups 35.Chins 9 Pullups 7,Dips 3*5 plus 25 kg.Allover It is a great workout and a very informative site.I have recently changed to a russian workout described by C.S. SloanLow reps High Sets.In my case it goes like this.
A.squats 60kg*5**1,65kg*4*2,75kg*3*2,80kg*3*3,90kg*1*4.Bench55*5*1,60*4*2,70*3*2,75*3*3,82,5*1*4.Dumbellbench 28kg*10*5.Pullups 5*1
Curls 8*1.Goodmornings 3*10.
B.DL55kg*5*1,65kg,4*2,75kg*3*2,85kg*3*5.Bench55kg*5*1,60kg*5*2,70kg*4*2,75kg*3*3,70kg*5*2,60kg*8*1,55kg*10*1.pushups10*3 on a vibplate.Chins 7,6,4.Some abwork.
C.Fsquat 40kg*5*1,50kg*4*2,55kg*3*4.
BP 50kg*5*1,55kg*4*2,65kg*3*3,75kg*1*3.Dips 10*4.Cablecurls 8*3 40 kg.Tricpushdowns 8*3 60kg.Goodmornings 10*3.I´ll go for this 3 months and then I will go back to Stronglifts 5*5.But with the singles in this russian I can handle heavier weigths.
