Hey everyone..im finishing my cutting phase on the AD(im 21 years old, 178cm height, 70kg, 12%bf), and i read enough to "assure" that its almost impossible or frustrating to bulk on the AD..so i decided to transition to GOMAD..i stop following my diet like one week ago, so im eating everything i see (of course, in the AD)..so i calculate that im eating around 2000kcal..the thing is that i dont know how to transition myself to GOMAD without a rebound..
Other thing is that i dont know if i should eat 2000kcal of healthy food (as Mehdi states)..
and from today to tomorrow, add the 1 gallon of milk a day..or should i increase it gradually?
it would be nice that someone more is in my situation, so we could compare results later
