I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Aggravated PCL. Continue on program?

Re-aggravated an old Grade 1 PCL injury (motocross accident both times). I've completed 2 workouts since the re-injury, but it just doesn't feel right, especially at the bottom of the squat. I'm concerned about doing additional damage, but I don't want to stop the program, as I've been making good gains over the 6 weeks that I've been on the program. Last night on my 3rd set of squats with 255lbs, my knee kinda buckled so I stopped squatting but continued with the remaining exercises. What do you guys think I should do? Thanks in advance!
