I don't do dips on the alternate workout because I don't have a dip station , but i'm building a powerrack so hopefully I should have that SOON....
I've tried chair dips but my dining room chairs have a 5 degree incline and the tops of the chairs are very thin, so attempting dips is very harsh on the wrists and hands, and gives me a horrible ROM. is it ok if I leave dips out for now? Squats, barbell rows and bench shags me out enough...
or maybe i can do another exercise? in the pdf it says dips are assecory exercise anyway! thanks
