I'm 25, 6'0 172 lbs. Been doing stronglifts about 1 month now and its been going well. Problem is eating is intimidating. I feel like 3500 calories a day (on the upper end of the range) is a little out of control for only lifting 3 days a week. I'm not trying to cut, I'd rather bulk up, and I do some cardio also. Am I just not used to this or should I reconsider my caloric intake?
