I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Have either of you tried it? It's not really meant to be used by beginners, and it doesn't look like my cup of tea, but it seems to work quite well for a lot of people.

Here's another link for the training.

It's certainly not a joke but it is a pretty complex program and definitely not for beginners. But I've heard of people getting considerable success using this program.

I was hoping it was a satire on the many badly-designed and dangerous programmes out there. I'm no expert on strength training, but beyond that it's difficult to assess his program because he's so incoherent and random.

It's certainly not a dangerous program (what does a "dangerous" program look like, anyways?) and, though perhaps poorly written, it seemed plenty coherent to me. And what about it is random, exactly?

Again, it isn't a program for beginners. It is, however, a program that focuses on lifting heavy, using compound lifts, progressive overload, and relatively frequent training (compared to other splits, anyways), so it's definitely a step-up from the vast majority of bodybuilding routines floating around on the internet.

I didn't say the program was dangerous, I said it was difficult to assess because of its presentation. I found the writing style too off-putting to persevere with.
