I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I've been shopping for a power rack and a new bench. I've settled on the Body Solid GFID71 which is a commercial grade bench. http://www.bodysolid.com/Home/item.cfm?id=499

I've never heard of this company before as far as a power rack goes until recently. Has anyone seen or used this one? It looks like a super nice piece of equipment. http://www.st-fitness.com/p-39-8536-power-cage.aspx

I have to check the max load specs. The pull-up/chin-up bar is on the inside of the front horizontal. It has multiple grip position capabilities.

An update to the power rack. I ended up selling some equipment that I had and found a very good opportunity on a Body Solid power rack and BS bench. They're not as heavy duty as what I was originally looking at but certainly adequate. Oddly enough the Power Rack says Body Solid in raised letters on the horizontal support but the specs are the same as the PowerLine version they make. It was still a good deal and meets my needs for sure so I guess it doesn't matter.
Rack, bench and olympic bar for $350.

I am in the market for equipping a home gym. Is this deal still available? Also if anybody knows where to get a good deal on basic power rack, bench, barbell and plates, please let me know. I am in Memphis, TN (USA). Any tips are highly appreciated. Thanks.
