I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Your girlfriend is smart. She put the note saying she'd be gone all weekend on the one place I'd definitely see it, the TV.

3/23/09
Workout A
Squat - 175 - 3x5
Benchpress - 145 - 4/3/2
Bentover Row - 95 - 3x5
Row - X not attempted

Been sick and not getting sleep. Really showed in how hard today's lifts felt. Row was aborted in the desire to breathe.

3/25/09
Workout B
Squat - 180 - 3x5
Standing overhead Press - 90 - 2x5 1x3
Deadlift - 145 - 3x5
Pullup (palm towards) 5/3/2
Abs - 130/20 140/15 150/6 - 20sec

Actually increased pullups. Amazing.
Failure on press. Think I can get it next try
Failure on abs. Not entirely sure on this. Perhaps I increased weight too fast or the other lifts are tiring me out. Doesn't bother me too much. Next workout is attempt #3 so if Failure then, will drop 10 /15 lbs and restart ramping up.

I can do that. I'll recruit the little one to help me, or I can go late at night and take them. Side angle is the most useful, do you think?

Yeah, also doing it without the pins in the rack in the way of the camera is a bonus. That's what I did.

4/2/09
Workout A
Squat - 195- 3x5
BP - 150 - 2x5 1x2
BR - 105 - 3x5
Row - 6:36.0

Given my difficulty with row, I am reevaluating and considering ways of improving my aerobic cardio as well as my anaerobic cardio. I hit a wall with these rows and feel more stamina training would be useful. Detailed goals and suggestions will follow in the coming days.
