Squat
85 kg 5x5

Deadlift
112,5 3 reps with normal grip, then 2 reps with alternated grip and some more rest in between reps. Still PR.

Beach work-out today :D I feel awesome. I haven't done any upper-body stuff for a month, the shoulder wasn't getting a lot better, just not worse. But it was only for a few days it sometimes would feel really normal. I still don't know what the cause is, but I got new tests. The squats may have been the evil thing. The low bar position isn't a very comfortable position for your shoulders. That might have inflammed my rotator cuff. We'll see. I'm going on holiday to France for a week, so no training.

Today however I just did do:
Dumbell Bench Press
12 kg x 5
16 kg x 5
18 kg x 5
20 kg x 5
24 kg x 3/5/5/6
20 kg x 13

Chin-ups
3 x F

Dumbell Rows
Don't know, just remember I did last set till failure:
26 kg x 12

Feels good. Might have not been the best option for the shoulder though ;)

Back from France, was the most awesome week in 2008 so far.

Ready to train.

Deadlift
Worked up to 120 kg, only did 1 rep, not even a nice one. The next 2 attempts I failed. 120 kg x 1 is PR.

Then I did 90 kg x 20. Grip was weakest factor, had to start using alternated grip at rep 10.

Power Clean
Didn't do those in a while, I could do 50 kg for doubles. Quite nice improvement.

Then did some rowing with dumbells, but wasn't very serious about the reps. I also went at pulley machine.

Thursday I did bench press for first time in 5 months. Shoulders are still feeling great, no pain.

Bench Press
60 kg x 6
60 kg x 5
65 kg x 2
65 kg x 2
67,5 kg x 1

Then I wanted to do 50 for reps, but I had loaded 5 kilo more on 1 side xD

Pull-ups
2/2/3/2/1

Squats
70 kg 5x5

It was heavy. No squatting for 2 weeks and had lost 2 kg as well.

Overhead Press
30 kg 5x5

Easy.

Deadlift

100 kg 1x5

Not as easy as I thought it would be.

Chin-ups
4/3/2

Not bad.

Yesterday:

Squat
72,5 kg 5x5

It wasn't as hard as the 70 on monday.

Bench Press
57,5 kg 5x5

Just the right weight to do 5x5 with!

Power Clean
50 kg 3x3

On the third reps I sometimes had trouble catching it properly and it hurt my shoulders. But that wasn't noticeable anymore a few minutes later (Y).

Friday:

Squat
75 kg 5x5

I'm content with form and strength on this one.

Pull-ups
5/3/2.5 PR

I did 5, reached my goal, it was easier as 2nd exercises. I'm going for 3 sets of 5 now. But will be harder when I'll do it as last exercise again ;) No worries.

Deadlift
105 kg 1x5

Felt heavy. Squat will go up next week, deadlift will go too.

Monday

Squats
77,5 kg 5x5

Bench Press
60 kg 5/5/5/3/3

Had done 2 sets with dumbells before, bench was taken. Gonna do it over, it's not an excuse to not make 5x5.

Power Clean
52,5 kg 3x3

Gotta work on technique, I lean back a bit and I put knees forward instead of butt backward during the catch.

Haven't been to gym for a while, have focused on soccer. I'll start going again, but not sure yet what to do:

Im thinking of:
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Football practice(is more conditional training)
Tuesday: Bench Press 5x5, Rows 5x5, Push Press/Power Jerk 3x3 (maybe, comment), Chin-ups 5 x F
Wednesday: Football practice(more based on playing)
Thursday: Squat 5x5, Deadlift 1x5, Overhead Press 5x5
Friday: Rest, stretch enough so I'm fit for saturday.
Saturday: Football match

I would like some comments on this, keep in mind I ride 2 hours bicycle a day during week.

Along with training again, I'll have to eat more as well. I've lost 2,5 kg during holidays. Want to get back at 84 kg for now.
