Hard, but got it. 40 kg will be hit or miss.

Squat
65 kg 5x5

Why does squatting feel so hard, quads were weak.

Deadlift

Really easy, I was really aggressive :)

So easy to cheat on this. I am not able to do 55 kg, but I'll gain strength anyway.

Push Press
47,5 kg 3x3

Nice challenge to do this. Really fun exercise to master the weight above the head.

PR! Strength gained? Dunno, did it in start of work-out, might have made it easier. Still PR! :)

Squat

Technique wasn't good, I never lower the same on both legs, right is faster always :/ Don't know where might be an imbalance.

Deadlift
100 kg 1x5

It's getting hard again :)

It felt heavy, then my left part of lower back started hurting and technique sucked. I gave up for first time ever lifting. But it might have been wise.
