I broke my ankle during football on 30th of december, it wasn't that nasty. But still my ankle is in plaster bandage. So I didn't train for 4 weeks, until today. It was really clear my conditioning is down
Heart was racing during my chin-ups. It was scary to pick up the dumbbells from rack.
