    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I broke my ankle during football on 30th of december, it wasn't that nasty. But still my ankle is in plaster bandage. So I didn't train for 4 weeks, until today. It was really clear my conditioning is down :D

Heart was racing during my chin-ups. It was scary to pick up the dumbbells from rack.

Shoulder Dumbbell Press

A bit too light weight taken, but it's easy to cheat at shoulder press with dumbbells. You can't really lock-out properly.

Got way stronger in 1 week, but it's not weird when you start training again and you bulk up bodyweight back to 84 from 82 kg. ;>
