pull-ups/chin-upsI found new fun on pull-up shit which really helps getting stronger in forearms, and upperbody. I pulled myself up in pull-up position, then turn my left hand to chin-up pos. then the right hand. Get down, pull myself up in chin-up position, and at top do the same to pull-up position. 3 sets of that
great for abs too
