    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

didn't feel back :) glutes were involved, depth was ok! While I played my last soccer matches ever yesterday and I hadn't done any glute/stretch work after and before :)

Squatting was easier today, then wednesday. :S Less depth? Maybe, but abdominals and glutes felt stronger. Deadlift felt really nice and easy.

Body weight has stayed consistent last few days, I want it up. More carbs.

Saturday night was really late, slept all day, then stuffed myself with food on sunday in short time :p

Today was great work-out

SQUAT

97,5 kg 5x5

easy, fast, good form. Point elbows down when you are in hole of squat and squat up - > forced chest up, good form.

BENCH PRESS
72,5 kg x 5/5/5/5/4

No problem, next time it's mine. positive point: last time I did this I weighed 90 kg, now I weigh 88,5 kg and I got same result :p

instructor said in hole back wasn't tight as in other part of squat, he said i recovered while going up. Sorry everyone, but I'm gonna shoot for PRs this week and next week, then holidays. I will watch form while doing that but not priority. blasphemy of stronglifts religion :D

back from holidays, been drinkin' straight for a week. I NEVER drink usually, so I was having only opposite habits of my normal lifestyle :p drinking, bad eating habits, no exercising. hihi, feels good to be back in sober lifestyle ;)

pull-ups/chin-ups
I found new fun on pull-up shit which really helps getting stronger in forearms, and upperbody. I pulled myself up in pull-up position, then turn my left hand to chin-up pos. then the right hand. Get down, pull myself up in chin-up position, and at top do the same to pull-up position. 3 sets of that :P

great for abs too ;)
