Squat Zippo!!! And I like squats best!
Last night, watching either Bones or Gray's Anatomy, two shows I don't like, I got up and felt a stabbing pain in my right knee. My knee quickly swelled up and was hot to the touch. Went to bed with 800mg of Ibuprophen with hope for the best in the morning. Woke up with a very stiff and somewhat swollen knee.
Sometimes the gym is safer than your own home. No squats for me tonight.

Prone BridgesOk, I did these on my hands and toes. Not because it was the right way to do them, but because my lively wife was doing them that way.
