I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

That's a good amount of dips for your bodyweight! Your bb row is also commendable.

thanks for the comments saukkis. last nightshift tonight hooray!! got up rubbed some tigerbalm on the shoulders, legs, smashed down a red demon power drink and got into the hard yakka. almost back to where I ended up before life events took over my training a few months back so am pretty excited about pushing new records on my lifts from here on!

I still have a slight discomfort in my groin area from a few weeks ago but it doesnt hurt at all while doing the wkouts so I guess its ok to just press on with it. ribbed down with some tiger balm and a light warm up then got stuck into the routine!now I hit the 140kg squat and 100kg bnch I will up rest times to 3mins between sets.

went through quick warm-up on the the epileptical machine for 5 mins some light stretches and then hooked in to get this workout over and done with moveing forward to my goal of being stronger than I have ever been :? I start with 60kg on the bar then move up by 20kg until my working weight is reached except for over head presses which I increase the weight 10kg starting with empty bar until I reach my work weight :D seems to work but my workouts are getting long now  I have also been doing some exercises for my rotor cuffs which I found they are basically static hold moves but have great improved my shoulder mobility and comfort in short order cant find the link but when I do will post it up! the routine is definatly hard physically now but still feel strong when completeing the routine :D
