went through quick warm-up on the the epileptical machine for 5 mins some light stretches and then hooked in to get this workout over and done with moveing forward to my goal of being stronger than I have ever been

I start with 60kg on the bar then move up by 20kg until my working weight is reached except for over head presses which I increase the weight 10kg starting with empty bar until I reach my work weight

seems to work but my workouts are getting long now

I have also been doing some exercises for my rotor cuffs which I found they are basically static hold moves but have great improved my shoulder mobility and comfort in short order cant find the link but when I do will post it up! the routine is definatly hard physically now but still feel strong when completeing the routine
