I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I havent been on stronglifts for a while but since a couple of months have progressed nicely. Just finished starting strength and now on texas method. Bw now 110kg from 85kg in 3 months.

1rm's

squat: 90 to 135kg
overhead press 50 kg to 65kg
b.p 62.5 kg to 85kg
dedadlift 115 to 150
rows-60 kg to 100kg (i have found heavy chinups and heavy dumbell have helped theese progress hugely)

I looking to jack up all my lifts to the next level and another 10kg of bw, then cut about 5-7kg of fat down to 12% bf.

Also whatever you do gomad whole milk and hit gym hard. Plus use chalk for everything..it makes you feel hardcore, I cant wait till im squating 4 plates a side next year.
