I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

It would obviously be the mullet as the long hair that reaches your would act as a cushion for the bar :P

When squatting try having a long bob (up and down!)

A reverse MULLET!!! Longer bangs and no hair in the back...So it turns into a party in FRONT and business in the BACK!!!

I don't know about squats, but obviously a body builder would want a head full of CURLS. A surfer would go for an easier perm and just get a WAVE. A hunter would probably want BANGS.

The Guy Fieri look seems to work for me. Makes me look somewhat threatening, disturbed and anti-social. Not blonde though.

The best haircut for squatting? I say shave your head and be a man (I'm bald so I shave my head)......unless you were talking about back hair. Then I don't style or cut that, just let it grow.
