It would obviously be the mullet as the long hair that reaches your would act as a cushion for the bar :P

I don't know about squats, but obviously a body builder would want a head full of CURLS. A surfer would go for an easier perm and just get a WAVE. A hunter would probably want BANGS.

The Guy Fieri look seems to work for me. Makes me look somewhat threatening, disturbed and anti-social. Not blonde though.
