Ditto. I just rented it. What interested me was the fact that the interviewer's brothers (on juice) where big and strong but had a high bf% not how I desire to look at all. Granted their parents were large people so I'm sure that was mostly genetics. To me I do not have a moral problem with people taking steroids recreationaly or in sports where it is accepted practice. I only see it as cheating if it is hidden and done for an unfair advantage like in the Olympics which I hold sacred as the last natural human sporting event. As for me personally I have no desire to take them to enhance performance. If I need them in the future for health reasons that is a different story. I do not want to lift more weight or have more muscle because of something my body did not produce on it's on, and I do not aspire to be a bodybuilder or weightlifter who does. That would just not be gratifying to me. I have been seeing great results from just eating right and lifting heavy and intensely. The only supplement I take is whey protein. I think people who take steroids do it mostly because they are insecure in life and/or looking for a short cut to reach their goals.

Just my 2 cents worth if anybody gives a flying frogs wanker :?:

To:Everyone whining about supplements not being regulated by the FDA

Do your own damn homework. Just because something doesn't have the government's stamp of approval doesn't mean there aren't ways to find out if its quality or not. Get off the government teat!

But I agree with the idea that taking supplements is dumb and unhealthy.
