I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Comments:
Just didn't have it in me today. Was tired, forgot shoes so had to work out barefoot. Just wanted to do bare minimum and get out of gym.
Am flying for work tomorrow, so it looks like I'll be out of the gym for a couple of weeks. Not ideal but sometimes life just gets in the way!

Bkk-

Way to jam a good bit of work into a short time frame.

Who knows what the time off might do for you, you could be surprised.

I like to deadlift barefoot. What were your thoughts on it?

A couple of weeks off is OK as it very well might help you out. I would bring a pair of running shoes and do some sprints a few days to keep your legs going.
