This has definitely inspired me! I've been skinny all my life, and have not gained much weight even when I try. I'm annoyed by all the people that tell me that being skinny is a "good" problem to have. Gonna start drinking a gallon of milk a day and continue to work out. We'll see how it goes!!!

I keep coming back to this post as my main motivation. I have been similar in height and weight to you most of my life and was always the lanky/skinny guy. I have friends questioning my diet and why I'm drinking so much milk, and this creates doubt in my mind. I just come back here and reread your post and my faith in what I'm doing is restored. Thank you.
