I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 Beginner for the past couple of months, before that I was doing a split workout of sorts but the gains dried up from that and I decided to switch to a full body workout and found Stronglifts (thankfully).
I've been doing box squats 5x5 every workout, I got up to 80kg below parallel but didn't like my form coming off the box so I've switched to a box just above parallel until I'm happy with my form then I will lower the box (and the weight), I am currently at 95kg on this box.
I just found this article on T-Nation and was wondering how it would fit into the Stronglifts program with some slight modification.

I know it is a bodybuilding workout however I thought I could do the high box squat at 2x5, increasing the weight every workout and 3x5 front squat, again increasing the weight every workout as per stronglifts.
My reason for lifting is to get bigger and stronger, I don't want to compete in competitions so the back squat isn't a must do exercise (unless someone can tell me otherwise). I like the idea of box squatting a higher weight than the front squat first to get the body used to heavy weights and for a mental edge knowing I can move that much weight before I do the front squat.
Has anyone heard of this/ done anything like this before or see any reasons why it would be good/bad?
And does anyone have trouble keeping themselves from standing up on bent over rows?
