I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Ha, that says it all. Plus, the guy is practically orange. Not a great skin tone for credibility in my book.

Impossible to gain weight without a caloric excess. I don't even think you can be in a calorie deficit and take anabolics and gain weight.

I've resorted to making pancakes (instant batter takes under 5mins to cook). 4 pancakes, oatmeal and milk. But for now my lunch sucks. I have to eat 2-3 double cheeseburgers. Is this killing me? The cheeseburgers I mean.

If I add teh Cheeseburgers to my diet I get well over the 4.5k mark, which is what i'm shooting for.

Just saying, I gained 15 pounds the first month of training. I believe that is myth busted.
