I am curious - anyone close to this level. BW that is.
I see it is way off most of the charts for all but 'elite' lifters. Is it just a crazy goal?
Any interest in making it a 1x5 challenge? 5x5 might take too long

If your gonna go for BW OHP then I suggest starting in sets of 12 and going down in reps every two weeks untill you can do the 5rep comfortably. This will help strengthen the shoulder and prevent injury at heavier weight.
