I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

First of all, thanks to everyone who takes the time view and comment. This is my second set of squat vids. You can find the first ones here in case you're interested:

I think I've come a long way, but I know I'm far from perfect, so any/all comments/criticisms are welcome.

Work set #1 @ 72.5kg: Some good reps and some bad reps. Bar leans a bit to the right on the first rep, but I fix that straight away. Bar is nice and low on the back, hands could be closer together and wrists straighter. Knees seem to stay out and wide through the whole set. Getting below parallel on each rep, but my back angle changes a bit on a few reps. I could probably keep my head down a little more too.

Word set #3 @ 72.5kg: From the side for a different angle. Here you get a great example of my back angle changing on the 2nd rep. Is this a serious issue that needs addressing?

I don't see too many problems. Think about keeping your chest up out of the hole and you'll be fine. Also, stand up at the top.

There's some slight GMing out of the hole on a few reps, but nothing too bad -- like eLvarouza said, just making a conscious effort to keep your chest up should take care of it. I also think you should have a stronger lockout. But, all in all, nicely done!

Thanks for the advice guys :) I'll work on keeping my chest up and standing up at the end with a stronger lock out. Hopefully the next vid I post will be me lifting 100kg with even better form!

Top video, 1st and 2nd rep your right knee moves in on coming out of the hole, really push those knees out. As mentioned earlier, chest up and lockout strong. If you were lifting in a comp they wouldn't give you the start signal if you are bent over more than 15 degrees, and equally they wouldn't let you rack it until you are upright.
Squat - 187.5kg in comp (just missed 200kg)
Bench - 120kg in comp
Deadlift - 210kg sumo in comp

Thx beef, i wouldn't have noticed my right knee had you not pointed it out. And good to know about what it's like to be in a comp. Always a good idea to hold yourself to a high standard like that to keep yourself doing your best. Cheers!
