I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

23 years old, 5'4" t male, 168 lbs, bf scale says 35%
My goal is 9% body fat and a normal looking chest (I have gynecomastia).

I started because I know the only way that I will have a good looking body is if I put work into it. I'm sick of looking at myself in the mirror and seeing what I see. If 9% body fat won't get me what I want to see, I'll be going lower.

I'm going to be doing a whole lot of cardio, too, and this way the weight will hopefully drop right off me.

Goal 1: 20% body fat
Goal 2: 15% body fat
Goal 3: 10% body fat
Goal 4: 9% (or whatever number) body fat

Day one.
5x5 45lbs squats
5x5 45lbs bench press
3xF Inverted rows - 9, 6, 6
3xF Pushups - 9, 11, 8
3x12 Reverse Crunch

1/2 mile jog at 4.5 mph

Tomorrow, it's 1 hour of cardio. Longer if I can.
