    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. Anyone know where to get a cheap weighted vest up to 50 or 100 lbs? I was lookking online but these things are expensive!

Try a backpack with some weight plates or sand in it. Dont get much cheaper than that..

rope and two plates.

thread rope thru both plates tie in knot. wear like a poncho 1 weight in back 1 in front

there's no such thing as a weighted vest that's cheap. Try making one
