    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Can someone give me the formula for converting pounds to kilograms? This would allow me to understand everyones weight better & maybe get more feedback on my posts. Thank you, Dave

Easy trick:
divide by two, then subtract 10%. You can do this to train your mind as well ;)

Nifty trick.

Another easy way to do conversions is Google :). Just google "200 lbs to kg", for example. Works for all sorts of conversions. I'll try to remember your trick, though, since it's a little more handy when I don't have my computer handy.

What I do is this

20kg =44lbs

60kg = 132lbs

Basically you take the number and multiply it by 2. Then you take the first number and multiply that by 2.

20kg x 2 = 40
2 x 2 = 4
Total = 44.
