I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Great idea. It sounds gross at first but then again mayonaise and tuna is good so why not cottage cheese right? I'll have to try that, seems like a good way to get a ton of protein.

I need to try this. I've never really liked cottage cheese...actually I can't say that. I've just never really eaten it because it has always kinda freaked me out, I guess because of the texture. But maybe I can handle this, since it would spice up my tuna routine. I'll let you know what I think if I do. This is my first post by the way. Hi! :D

I have to be careful not to eat TOO much protein thanks to my lunches. 200g tuna, 100-150g cottage cheese for every lunch, then usually chicken or beef for dinner. I use cottage cheese like lettuce... it really doesn't do much for the taste, but it adds texture and makes a meal go a bit further... If you get the light or low fat varieties, it's almost tasteless, which suits me...
