I'm planning to start GOMAD in a week or so, and just want to know where to place creatine in my eating plan. I follow the Eat Stop Eat way of eating, before that I was on the Warrior Diet for almost a year, but I'm going to be eating every day on GOMAD.
I'm thinking of taking creatine right after my training, maybe with a grape juice, then having my post workout litre of milk half an hour later. Is there any reason why I shouldn't do this? I thought it would work better than mixing the creatine with the milk.
