    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. Hey all, my name is Daniel and I am currently on the anabolic diet. Just wanting a basic critique...trying to get down to 10% BF by Nov 25th. Highest weight was 248 lbs, down to 164 now.

Stats:
Age=21
Height=5'10
Weight=164 lbs
BF%=15%(Guessing, dunno for sure)

Nutrition:
2000 Calories

Weekdays
40% P/0% C/60% F
800c protein/0c carb/1200c fat
200g prot/0g carb/133g fat

meal1= 355 Calories/33g P/0g C/24g F
meal2= 355 Calories/33g P/0g C/24g F

If you follow calories (and if you need to, adjust them every week) so that you are losing 1-2 lbs of fat per week, you should be able to reach your goal by Nov. You may also notice that your weight can remain the same but your bf% goes down slowly. Use the 12 day induction phase at maintenance to get used to the diet; it is faster than the 1 month maintenance phase, but the result is basically the same. Then adjust downward by 250 calories/wk until you are losing the 1-2 lbs of fat/wk; any more than that and you are losing muscle. That should come out to about 9 weeks of the AD where you are effectively trying to lose fat. If you manage 1-2 lbs per week, that comes out to about 1-1.5 % bf per week. If you find that you are successful but not as successful as you need to be, then adjust your calories.

Thanks, I already did the 4 week intro to it, I did one week at 2500 and didn't lose, then last week I dropped to 2000 and lost 1 lb. I will stay at 2000 till I don't lose any more and drop from there.

Guess photobucket flagged my image cause I raised my shorts a lil? I dunno...anyways here are some current shots.
