I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Thank you! I've been very glad to have found SL. It's going pretty good so far but I know it will get harder once the weight gets heavier.. Thanks again, dk

2/26/09
Squat 175
Bench 125/56.81
Invert 9,10,11 Still the only exercise that fights me but chest to bar now. Total increase by 1

Thank you all. Well here is week ending 3/8/09: My squat is now at 200/90.90 but the very last rep was terrible form. My thought is a redo but let me know if I should continue adding. Here is the last two w/outs:

Squat: 200/90.90 form bad on last rep, redo?
Overhead: 110/50. 55545 again this is a redo as my 4th set was only 4 reps.
Dead: 150/68.18 gd here
Pulls: 6,5,4 Impressed myself here, remember I couldn't even get 1 when I started 2 months ago
Bridge sideways now & added leg raises

Squat: 195
Bench: 135
Inverted: 13,8,7 gd form & getting close to 15 on first set.
Dips: 10,5,6 really feel the pecs here
reverse: 12,8,7
