Hi fawkes, I've definitely had some muscle gain. I'm no one's idea of huge, but I was very skinny when I started, and that has certainly changed. I can feel my shirts fitting me differently, and I've even had to retire some of them because they're now so tight across the chest that my nipples are visible.

I've also got bulges for triceps now that I never really had before, and my shoulders are bigger too. Again, I don't want to overstate the gains, I'm still not particularly big, but compared to what I was before, it's a definite change. And I have never been able to deadlift more than 100lbs due to the hamstring, but I can't see that that's held me back overmuch.
40 yr old male, 6' 172lbs (starting) 175lbs (current).
Goals for June 2010: Squat 200lbs, Bench 150lbs, Press 100lbs.
