I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Diet advice? doing GOMAD

Postby Tripwire on Mon Nov 02, 2009 11:54 pm

Hey guys, well starting this week i have started a new meal plan that i am going to stick with for a while to put on weight.
i find it real easy to eat and prepare everything so its quite good for me, my problem is i dont no how healthy it actually is so any suggestions will be great! :)

Breakfast: Bagel with peanut butter.
Bowl oats + bannana +1 liter milk

Snack: Peanut Butter and jam sandwich

Lunch: Tuna maya baguette + 1 liter milk

Snack 100g nuts + 1 liter milk

Dinner: whatever is being made.. (today was chicken+rice)

before bed: 1 liter milk.

All this comes to about 5400 cals which is great for putting on weight but just wondered what you thought of it! :)

I think if you can stand that much milk, you will put on weight very quickly.
