i find it real easy to eat and prepare everything so its quite good for me, my problem is i dont no how healthy it actually is so any suggestions will be great!
Breakfast: Bagel with peanut butter.
Bowl oats + bannana +1 liter milk
Snack: Peanut Butter and jam sandwich
Lunch: Tuna maya baguette + 1 liter milk
Snack 100g nuts + 1 liter milk
Dinner: whatever is being made.. (today was chicken+rice)
before bed: 1 liter milk.
All this comes to about 5400 cals which is great for putting on weight but just wondered what you thought of it!
