Front Squat (Olymic grip)
85kg x 5,5,5,5,5
Dumbell Bench Press (I changed it up for variety)
40kg (each hand) x 4,3,3,2 - no last set
Week before: Barbell Bench Press
80kg x 5,5,5,5,5
Conventional deadlift
137.5kg x 5,5,5,5,5
