I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Dip Belts

Duct taping the weights to my leg is getting a bit tedious, so i'd like to get a belt.

Any of you guys bought 1 that you'd recommend for being strong and durable? And if so how much have you loaded on it?

Chain
Pipe insulation
Gaffer Tape
Karabiner x2

Cut open the pipe insulation. Feed the chain into it with a karabiner at one end.
Wrap the pipe insulation with the gaffer tape.
Second karabiner used to secure the plate.

two low cost solutions my friend:
- rope
- chain/hooks

the rope you can tie to the weights
the chain is even easier cause you just have to hook the weights

does it hurt your hips?? BE A MAN!!!
haha just kiddin
if you workout at home you can just wrap a towel or old t-shirt around the chain/rope

im my gym theres no dip belt so I just use a rope around my waist and tie it to the plates
